Source: McGuffey Herb & Spice Co. (Entered by Karen Purke)My kids ask for Taste Of Italy Roasted Vegetables when they come home during the holidays and I love to make it because it is so easy to make.
Serves: Number of Serving depends on how many veggies you cut up.
Vegetarian!
Ingredients
1cup
Sliced Turnips
1cup
Sliced Parsnips
1 cup
Sliced Bell Peppers
1 cup
Thicker Sliced Zucchini
1 cup
Thicker Sliced Tomatos
Drizzle
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Step by Step Instructions
- Slice vegetables thinly, including Potatoes,Onions,Bell Peppers, Carrots , Parsnips and Turnips. Slice thicker Tomatoes and Zucchini. Place ALL on an edged cookie sheet.
- Drizzle, Extra Virgin Olive Oil over vegetables on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle Taste of Italy Seasoning Mix over vegetables.
- Roast in a 350 to 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes , or 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy !
