Taste Of Italy Roasted Vegetables

My kids ask for Taste Of Italy Roasted Vegetables when they come home during the holidays and I love to make it because it is so easy to make.

Serves: Number of Serving depends on how many veggies you cut up.

1-2 cup Sliced Potatoes      View Available Products
1 cup Sliced Carrots      View Available Products
1 cup Sliced Onions      View Available Products
1cup Sliced Turnips
1cup Sliced Parsnips
1 cup Sliced Bell Peppers
1 cup Thicker Sliced Zucchini
1 cup Thicker Sliced Tomatos
Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sprinkle McGuffey Herb & Spice,Taste Of Italy Seasoning Mix      View Available Products

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Slice vegetables thinly, including Potatoes,Onions,Bell Peppers, Carrots , Parsnips and Turnips. Slice thicker Tomatoes and Zucchini. Place ALL on an edged cookie sheet.
  2. Drizzle, Extra Virgin Olive Oil over vegetables on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle Taste of Italy Seasoning Mix over vegetables.
  3. Roast in a 350 to 400 degree oven for 30-40 minutes , or 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
  4. Enjoy !
