In July 2008 I baked my first loaf of yeast bread, a whole-wheat recipe from a cookbook of my grandmother’s, and I have never looked back. I’ve baked all of my family’s bread ever since, and in May 2013 I began selling breads and other yeast-raised baked goods at the Saint Paris Farmers Market, where I am still a vendor. I am a new vendor at Miami County Locally Grown as of August 2020.
All my baked goods are made from scratch using King Arthur Flour, and I use only local fresh brown eggs in my baking, as well as local zucchini when in season. I enjoy trying new recipes and occasionally rotate items in and out of my farmers market lineup. If you have a request, I’d love to hear from you.
