Our pigs are born and raised on our farm in Shelby County, Ohio. They have access to the outdoors. Our hogs have never been fed ractopamine hydrochloride. They have very minimal antibiotic use. Our pork does not have added nitrites or nitrates. Our pork also does not have added water. Natural casings are used for the sausage. Cold smoking and natural smoke are used in the smoking process. Our pork is processed, vacuum sealed, and frozen at a state inspected facility. Our pork is stored in a commercial freezer and we transport in a freezer van that has a mobile license approved by the Shelby County Health Department.
