Live Simply Live Richly Farm (LSLR), grew from a small garden to a small farm that grows wheat, vegetables, fruit, laying hens, meat chickens, pork and soon-to-start turkeys. We were featured on The Urban Farm U organization in September of 2016. Our main focus for the market is Microgreens. Microgreens are greens that are cut between 10-14 days after germination. The Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry says “The microgreens were four- to 40-fold more concentrated with nutrients than their mature counterparts.” LSLR microgreens are great for salads, juicing or garnishes. Our greens may contain a mix of Sunflower, Pea, Radish, Lettuce, Kale and as the year progresses, other varieties of cuts. We strive to offer fresh, never chemically sprayed, non-gmo, ethically raised, crops because your good health starts with what you eat and we are proud to provide high quality microgreens; microgreens we feed our family.
