Hi, my name is Katie Bensman. I live just outside Versailles, Ohio on our little homestead we call Dutch Roost Farm. My husband and I have 3 children – 2 on Earth and 1 in Heaven. Besides being a mother, I create natural, handmade skin-care products to sell locally. I use organic, locally grown, and sustainable ingredients as often as possible. I especially prefer to use ingredients grown here on our own homestead, collected from the wild, or from other local farms where I know exactly how they’ve been grown and harvested. Also, I absolutely refuse to use synthetic ingredients in my products – everything I make to sell is also what we use on ourselves and our children. You will never find synthetic fragrance oils, synthetic dyes or colorants or other additives in any of my products.
